Link handler

github: Fetches details about repositories, issues, and pull requests when users send GitHub links.
youtube: Fetches and displays metadata for posted YouTube links.

Bot tool

help: Rich interactive help system, with many options for publishing your bot’s command list.

Lookup

weather: Provides .weather and .forecast commands using OpenWeatherMap. Replaces the weather plugin previously included with Sopel (which broke when Yahoo! shut down their API).
wikipedia (core): Provides a .wiki command for searching Wikipedia, and displays previews for Wikipedia links sent in chat.
wolfram: Provides a .wa command for querying Wolfram|Alpha.
